The idea of taking glass bits, pieces and rods and creating beautiful, usable pieces of art is a talent that I don't possess and wouldn't even know where to begin. Jolene of Kitzbitz Art Glass is one of these talented people! She is a UK based artist and supporting member of the HandmadeArtistsForum as well as the HAFteam. Simple can be so elegant! SeedlingsJewelry proves this point perfectly. Sharon uses natural materials to create jewelry that is eye-catching and easy to wear. She takes her belief in natural to another level by donating twenty percent of every purchase to Heifer International. Now, I had never heard of this group, but was thrilled at their mission statement which reads "A world of communities living together in peace and equitably sharing the resources of a healthy planet."
This talented artist has managed to create stunning pieces while holding on to her heart felt beliefs about the world. Her work reflects her love of the natural and her charitable contribution shows her willingness to put her money where her heart is.
Check out Seedlings on her blog to learn more about this amazing talent where Sharon is currently running a series on the last year in review in which she shares some of her hard learned secrets to selling success.
